Lokalise is a cloud-based localization and translation management system for agile teams. This case study offers an exploration of my pivotal role as the designer entrusted with overhauling Lokalise's most important website part. Throughout this engagement, my focus extended beyond mere redesign; My task was to do a comprehensive UX research towards enriching the website's design and optimizing customer conversion rates.
In the revamp of Lokalise's pricing page, my primary goal was to simplify the user experience while integrating an advanced AI pricing solution seamlessly. Tasked with creating a design that would be intuitive and less overwhelming for users, I focused on refining the pricing structure. By leveraging the innovative AI feature, which calculates prices based on selected words via a slider, I ensured the page remained responsive across all devices, including mobile. The end result? A user-friendly pricing page that not only clarifies the pricing process but also enhances accessibility and engagement, aligning seamlessly with Lokalise's commitment to innovation and user-centric design.
In redesigning Lokalise's resources section, I aimed to upgrade the user experience. I introduced fresh and vibrant options while seamlessly integrating case studies, libraries, and other resources into an intuitive interface. Prioritizing mobile responsiveness, I ensured users could easily access and navigate the information available. As a result we came up with a revitalized resources section that captivates users with its vivid design, enhances usability.
In addition to my design responsibilities, I undertook comprehensive research initiatives to inform the enhancement of Lokalise's website, with a particular focus on refining the pricing page and optimizing the resources section. This involved delving into user preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis to ensure the website's alignment with Lokalise's growth strategy. Simultaneously, I led the research efforts to define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), leveraging insights to refine our targeting strategies and drive sustainable growth. By conducting thorough research across these fronts, I facilitated informed decision-making processes, ultimately contributing to Lokalise's continued success and expansion in the market.

The successful transformation of the pricing page and the alignment with PLG principles not only enhanced user engagement but also contributed to Lokalise's positioning as a leader in the localization and translation management space.
